If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, a fee of GH₵ 30 will be added to your appointment. Arriving between 10 and 20 minutes late will incur a GH₵ 50 fee. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Infills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks after your lash appointment. To qualify, at least 50% of your lashes must remain; otherwise a full set will be required. We do not infill work from other technicians, so a removal service will be necessary at an additional fee.

To keep a calm, distraction-free environment, plus ones and children are not permitted in the studio. If it is absolutely necessary to bring someone along, please tell us before your appointment. Without prior notice, your appointment cannot proceed and you will be asked to reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited. If something arises, you may reschedule within the same month, provided you notify us in advance. To secure another appointment, full payment will be required upfront.
